Perenzo ("we," "us," or "our") operates the perenzo.net platform ("the Platform"). This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your personal information when you use our Platform.
By creating an account or using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy.
2. Information We Collect
Account Information: First name, last name, email address, phone number, date of birth, and password when you create an account.
Profile Information: Any additional information you choose to add to your profile, including communication preferences.
Journey Information: Information related to your engagement with Perenzo's concierge and coordination services.
Document Sharing: Medical records or other files you choose to share, subject to your explicit consent.

Service Delivery: To facilitate coordination with healthcare providers, manage your journey, and process your orders.

We do not sell your personal information. We share your information only with healthcare providers (with your authorization), service providers (Stripe, Resend, Vercel, Supabase), and as required by law.

Payment Links and Acknowledgment Data
When Perenzo sends a payment link or presents a payment review page, we may collect and retain information related to the payment request and acknowledgment process. This may include invoice identifiers, journey identifiers, contact email, amount due, payment context, legal document version numbers, checkbox acknowledgment values, timestamp, IP address, browser or device user agent, token identifiers or token hashes, Stripe payment link or session identifiers, redirect timestamps, and related transaction evidence.
We use this information to present payment requests, document customer acknowledgments, support payment processing, prevent fraud, respond to customer support requests, reconcile transactions, and maintain legal and operational records.
Payment Processing
Perenzo uses Stripe and may use other payment service providers to process payments. Payment providers may collect payment information directly from you. Perenzo does not store your full card number. Payment provider processing is also subject to the provider's own terms and privacy notices.
