1. Agreement to Terms

By creating an account, using the Perenzo platform, accessing a Perenzo payment review page, or completing payment for a Perenzo service package, you agree to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and any applicable Refund & Cancellation Policy. If you do not agree, you should not use the platform or complete payment.

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account, use the platform, or complete payment.

2. Description of Perenzo Services

Perenzo provides concierge coordination, scheduling, logistics, and platform services for scheduled service packages. Perenzo services may include coordination support, language translation assistance, logistics assistance, facilitating and/or scheduling physician consultations, ground transportation coordination, hotel discount coordination, platform membership, document coordination, and related concierge support.

Perenzo may arrange third-party provider, clinic, hotel, transportation, translation, logistics, or other vendor services as part of a package. Those providers and vendors are independent from Perenzo unless expressly stated otherwise.

3. Independent Clinical Providers

Perenzo is not a healthcare provider. Perenzo does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, medical treatment, medical opinions, or emergency medical services. Clinical services are provided by independent licensed providers or clinics. All medical decisions should be made by you in consultation with qualified healthcare professionals.

Perenzo does not guarantee any clinical outcome, treatment result, provider recommendation, or medical benefit.

4. Perenzo as Customer-Facing Seller for Concierge Packages

When you purchase a Perenzo Concierge Services Package from Perenzo, you are purchasing the package from Perenzo. Perenzo manages the customer relationship, payment request, package coordination, customer support path, and refund/cancellation process for the Perenzo package.

Independent providers, clinics, hotels, transportation providers, translators, and other vendors may fulfill parts of the package. Perenzo may pay those providers or vendors as part of package fulfillment. This does not make Perenzo a provider of clinical services.

5. Payment Requests and Authorization

Perenzo may send you a payment link for a deposit, remaining balance, or full package payment. Before payment, you may be asked to review a Perenzo-hosted payment summary, these Terms, the Refund & Cancellation Policy, the Privacy Policy, and package-specific acknowledgments.

By continuing to payment and submitting payment through Stripe or another payment provider, you authorize the stated charge for the stated Perenzo service package. Stripe or another payment provider processes payment information. Perenzo does not store your full card number.

Payment for a scheduled or future service package does not guarantee that every scheduled component will occur at the originally expected time. Scheduling may depend on provider availability, logistics constraints, eligibility review, and other operational factors.

6. Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate contact, billing, medical-history, and scheduling information where requested. You are responsible for reviewing all provider instructions and medical information provided by independent providers or clinics.

7. Refunds, Cancellations, and Support

Refunds, cancellations, rescheduling, credits, and vendor pass-through costs are governed by the applicable Refund & Cancellation Policy shown at the time of payment. Questions should be directed to your Perenzo concierge or the support contact provided in the payment request.

8. Privacy

Your use of the platform and payment review pages is governed by our Privacy Policy. Perenzo may collect and retain payment acknowledgment records, payment-link activity, legal acceptance/version records, and related transaction evidence.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the platform, including text, graphics, logos, images, software, and compilations of data, is the property of Perenzo or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Perenzo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the platform or services.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws.

12. Changes to Terms

Perenzo may modify these Terms from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on the platform or shown during an applicable payment or acceptance flow. Your continued use of the platform or completion of payment after updated terms are shown constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
